During the warranty period, should any equipment you purchased from us fail, We will replace the equipment at no charge. Simply call our technical support department for all warranty issues. The warranty period will be extended to five years from date of purchase provided you have maintained an active merchant account with us. We will pay for the cost of shipping for any replacement equipment for 30 days from date of purchase. Equipment that has been dropped, abused, or damaged by fire, water, lightning, or other acts of GOD, are excluded from this warranty. Keep a printout of the auction you have won with your records as proof of purchase is required for warranty replacements.

If you purchased equipment you may return it within 15 days from the time you receive it and we will refund 100% of your winning bid amount excluding shipping. No questions asked! We never charge a restocking fee of any kind. However, you are responsible for any damage to the equipment while it was in your possession along with any majors parts that are missing from the item when it is returned. If you purchased software it will only be accepted if it is unopened. No exceptions.
